Kinly appoints Jody Moffat as Head of Global Services

Jody will be spearhead Kinly’s Global Services proposition, helping to maintain, develop and grow the portfolio to meet the needs of new and existing Enterprise clients.

Kinly has appointed Jody Moffat as its Head of Global Services (GS). She will help develop, define and adapt Kinly’s portfolio to include new technologies and new ways of working, as well as acting as a trusted advisor to support and guide Enterprise clients with their workplace strategies, now and in the future.

Jody started her career within the industry as a receptionist at Norton Rose Fulbright, formerly known as Norton Rose, 20 years ago. She quickly developed an interest in helping to solve AV technical challenges and worked her way up from an assistant AV Technician to the Technical Conference Manager, responsible for all service and video deployments globally, including internal and external corporate event management at Norton Rose Fulbright.

In 2014, Jody joined AVMI as a Service Delivery Manager, looking after the company’s biggest client at the time. She was instrumental in helping to develop and grow the client services proposition, building out AVMI’s operational capabilities in the US, alongside building a managed on site (MOS) team at one of its Global Banking clients. This work helped position the business, and during the pandemic Kinly won one of the industry’s biggest ever MOS deals.

Most recently Jody became the Director of Global Client Service Management, to pinpoint the GS offering. Her role focused on service design and innovation, particularly event services and creative media, which is where Kinly’s Events-as-a-Service offering has stemmed from.
