We’re thrilled to announce that Kinly has won two accolades in the Company category at the prestigious 2025 AV Awards for the second-year running.
Announced on Friday, 7th November at a London ceremony held at Battersea Evolution, we were proud to have been awarded both the DE&I and the Sustainability Initiative of the Year awards in the company category.
These recognitions are a testament to the work of all our people in creating an environment that thrives on diversity, equity and belonging, while striving to do all we can to improve the world around us.
First picking up the DE&I award, the judges commended us for demonstrating a mature and industry-leading strategy with a clear structure, strong results and wide-reaching impact.
From global ERGs and allyship training to external partnerships and workforce development, the panel were unanimously impressed by the extent of our DE&I initiatives. Backed by meaningful data and thoughtful internal programmes, we were celebrated for showing true ambition, accountability and inclusivity.
We were then awarded the Sustainability Initiative of the Year, being distinguished for a transparent, data-driven and people-focused approach to sustainability that displayed a genuine commitment, from our leadership team through to our people on the frontline.
Recognising the work we’ve put in on our journey to net-zero and an entirely electric vehicle fleet, as well as hosting a first-of-its-kind sector-wide Sustainability Conference the judges noted that we demonstrated meaningful, credible impact and industry leadership.
