The proposed merger combines Kinly and Yorktel’s market leading positions across the US, Europe and APAC, to meet the evolving needs of enterprise and public sector clients. It will build upon our complementary managed services, AV, UCC and As-a-Service portfolios, strengthening our ability to deliver consistent, scalable and world-class services and solutions for clients globally. The merged company will serve over 2,500 clients across 27 global locations, with more than 1,600 employees, including over 900 industry-specialist accreditations.
