Jolanta Modelska and Manuela Schramm Named in Rise AV’s Elevate 2025 Cohort
We’re pleased to announce that Jolanta Modelska, Programme Manager and Manuela Schramm, Global Account Director, have been named in Rise AV’s first ever Elevate Programme, an initiative built to develop and empower the next generation of women leaders in the AV industry.
Elevate is a movement designed to break down barriers, boost diversity and futureproof the AV sector by nurturing high-potential women leaders. By supporting Elevate, we’re demonstrating our commitment to empowering women in AV, promoting diversity and helping to build a stronger, more inclusive and innovative future for the industry.
The Elevate Programme brings together 26 exceptional women from across the sector, giving them immersive learning experiences, group challenges and tailored mentorship. The programme develops leadership capability, resilience, collaboration and innovation, skills that will strengthen both individual careers and the future of AV.
We’re proud and excited to have two of our very own talented employees taking part in this year’s cohort, Jolanta Modelska, Programme Manager, and Manuela Schramm, Global Account Director.
We believe in breaking down barriers and investing in people. Supporting Jolanta, Manuela and all those in Rise AV’s Elevate Programme is our way of helping to empower the next generation of female leaders and making a lasting difference for the AV industry.
The Elevate Programme launched in November and will run for five weeks, culminating in a final showcase event. We’re proud to play a role in shaping this transformative journey and driving meaningful change.

Manuela Schramm, Global Account Director, Kinly, said:
"Being selected for this programme feels like a meaningful step in my leadership journey. In an industry where female leadership is still underrepresented, it’s powerful to be part of a space that actively nurtures and amplifies women's voices. Programmes like this are vital not just for individual growth, but for shifting the culture of the AV industry toward greater inclusion, empathy and effectiveness.
I’m hoping to deepen my understanding of personal leadership, particularly how to lead through influence rather than authority, which is central to my role managing large company accounts. The learning around values, motivation and constructive conversations will directly support the internal and external facilitation I do daily.”

Jolanta Modelska, Programme Manager, Kinly, said:
“I’m thrilled to have been selected to participate in Rise AV’s Elevate programme. Only a few weeks before, I had asked for help in my career development journey; and the AV Goddesses answered. Initiatives like this are important, so that we nurture existing talent, educate everyone and increase awareness for the next generation.
I’m excited to learn from and share experiences with like-minded women in the cohort. I’m really looking forward to working with the mentors, growing my strategic business conversation toolbox and recognising what my leadership style is so I can work on and develop it further.”
