Andy Nicholls is Kinly’s Global Head of Talent Acquisition. Based in the UK, he reports to Global People Director, Katy Thorpe. Andy has more than 25 years of recruitment expertise, which he will use to grow Kinly’s team of specialists and industry experts as well as ensuring the company retains its existing talent. During his career, Andy has led talent acquisition at some of the world’s leading brands, including RAC, Ricoh UK, and SCC. Calling on these experiences, he is tasked with boosting Kinly’s talent acquisition, creating a home for prominent industry experts in AV and workplace transformation.
