Andy Byett, Microsoft Business Development Manager, joined Kinly in 2021 to focus on the explosive growth of Microsoft Teams platform adoption in the workplace. Prior to Kinly, Andy’s roles included: Collaboration Specialist in the UK AV Integrator field and eight years in distribution focusing on Surface Hub 1 & 2 and the wider collaboration portfolio, helping resellers understand and position new ways of working to their clients. Throughout this period, Andy built up a strong understanding of the real-world challenges people face trying to ensure that meetings deliver the best human experience possible. Andy is happiest when he’s working with clients in Kinly’s Customer Experience Centre, planning out roadmaps for success and training users on the latest solutions.
