Kinly, the global provider of AV integration and collaboration services and support, has today announced the appointment of Marcel van den Broek as Global CFO.
Marcel joins Kinly from his role as CFO of Teleplan, since 2019 part of Reconext. Reconext is a global B2B provider of innovative aftermarket electronic device services and reverse supply chain solutions. During his ten-years at the company, Marcel led the global finance team and was instrumental during several refinancings and M&A projects, including the sale of Teleplan and the integration into Reconext.
Before Reconext, he worked for 17-years at KPMG in the Transactions and Restructuring advisory practice as well as the Audit practice, operating out of both Europe and the US.
As Kinly’s CFO, Marcel will oversee Kinly’s global finances and risk management, strategic and financial planning, finance team development and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Marcel is responsible for legal and compliance, procurement and IT.
