Kinly promotes Simon Watson to Global Head of Innovation
Kinly, the global provider of AV integration and collaboration services and support, has today announced that Simon Watson has been appointed the new Head of Innovation for their global operations. Based in the UK, he will report directly to Stuart Davidson, Operations Director for the UK & Ireland.
Simon joined the business as an Integration Engineer back in 2007. Over the last 16 years, he has solidified his position as a vital member of the team, earning a series of promotions culminating in his most recent role as Cloud & Video Services Lead for the UK and Ireland.
With more than 18 years’ experience in the industry, Simon has held numerous VC, UC, and AV-centric roles across engineering, sales and consulting, making him the perfect person to identify new and innovative technology to ensure Kinly is continuously providing the best expert advice to its customers.
In his new role, Simon will lead strategic initiatives and oversee the lifecycle management of AV and UC products, solutions, and services on a global scale. His priority is to work across teams to align strategies with service roadmaps, ensuring approaches are cohesive, forward thinking and result in the best technological offerings.
