In Pursuit of Fearless Leadership: Kinly Norway Seeks New Managing Director
Kinly, the global provider of AV integration and collaboration services and support, has announced it is seeking a new Managing Director to spearhead leadership, growth and innovation across its Norway operations.
This will follow the departure of Jens Haviken, Managing Director, Kinly Norway, who is due to leave the company with the best wishes of the entire Kinly team to pursue a new adventure in Singapore alongside his family.
Jens joined Kinly in November of 2021 and during his tenure was instrumental in steering the company through the latter phases of the pandemic, restructuring processes from both a technological and people standpoint and securing a renewed group-aligned focus.
Under Jens’ leadership, Kinly Norway has successfully retained its largest contracts in the finance and defence sectors, as well as won back the affections of former clients who were impressed by our approach to innovative, secure and sustainable AV technology integration.
As we enter our next chapter in 2025, we are actively looking for a fearless leader with the ability to drive from the front in a transformative era.
