Kinly Awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal 2025 Across Benelux, Norway and the UK
We're proud to announce that Kinly has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal for 2025 across our Benelux, Norwegian and UK operations.
This achievement places Kinly in the top 5% of over 130,000 companies worldwide assessed by EcoVadis, the global benchmark for sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
As a trusted AV integrator and technology advisor to the world’s leading organisations, we believe that delivering innovative, secure and high-quality technology solutions must go hand in hand with responsible and sustainable business practices.
EcoVadis distinguishes companies that have implemented a robust management system to tackle sustainability issues in a meaningful way. Our Gold rating reflects exceptional performance across all four EcoVadis assessment themes: Environment, Labour and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.
This achievement is a direct result of the strategic ESG-focused foundations we have established and the ongoing dedication of our teams. In 2024, we published our first CSR report with updates on our progress and real-life data, because we know the importance of transparency in driving sustainable impact. We also put in place reporting, aligned to the best practice Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), to track and assess the impact of our changes.
In addition, we developed and rolled out global strategies centred on some of our biggest areas of impact. This includes a new sustainable procurement policy that focuses on driving environmental and social change throughout our entire global supply chain.
Internally, we’ve also formalised our Employee Resource Group (ERGs) structure. This has resulted in the creation and rebrand of five ERGs that focus on supporting and championing racial equality, the LGBTQIA+ community, women at Kinly, neurodiversity and mental health awareness. This ensures our colleagues have support and community in pushing for the changes they want to see at Kinly, wherever they are in the world.
Rhea Horlock, Global Head of CSR, Kinly, said:
“We are delighted to receive the EcoVadis Gold Award for 2025. To be recognised across three of our regions is extra special and a clear sign that the hard work we are putting in behind the scenes is paying off.
Globally, the Kinly team is committed to creating long-term value for our clients, our communities and the environment. We don’t see this recognition as an endpoint, but as motivation to aim even higher in the years to come.”
