What’s Next for Kinly, HP Dimension and Google Beam?

Over the past months, we’ve hosted three incredible events and delivered more than 60 live demonstrations of HP Dimension with Google Beam. Each session has brought something new, from genuine wow moments to deep and meaningful conversations about the future of collaboration.

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and people have been impressed. Not just by the immersive, lifelike presence Beam delivers, but by how seamlessly it integrates into real-world meeting environments. It’s clear that Beam isn’t just another product launch, it’s the start of a new chapter in hybrid connection.

At Kinly, our role doesn’t stop at introducing disruptive technology. It extends to helping it scale with purpose. That transition is never simple. Moving from disruption to scale means addressing the practical realities that sit behind innovation:

  • How do we make immersive presence accessible, repeatable and supportable?
  • How do we integrate new formats like Beam into existing room standards and workflows without friction?
  • How do we position this kind of experience within a market that’s still learning how to budget for wow?

These are the challenges that define the next phase and they’re exactly why I’ll be leading a series of verticalized roundtables over the coming months in London and the impressive Google New York City Pier 57 office. Together with clients, partners and and industry experts, we’ll explore specific use cases across education, financial services, healthcare and enterprise, helping to shape how Beam evolves from remarkable prototype to mainstream platform.

HP Dimension and Google Beam are redefining what it means to be present, but the real success will come when the experience feels as familiar as it is futuristic.

The 3D Telepresence market size has reached to $2.88 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow to $6.52 billion in 2029 at a compound annual growth rate of 17.8%. The world is now rapidly moving towards 3D, fully immersive video conferencing, a natural evolution from flat screens to experiences that feel truly present. With breakthroughs in spatial computing, holographic capture and AI-driven depth, this shift is no longer if, but when. I’m genuinely excited to see how the market embraces and adapts to this trend and which organisations will be first to unlock its full potential.

The future of connection is closer than you think.
