International Expansion Supercharges Growth for Kinly Global Services
Following sustained international expansion and heightened industry demand for expert managed on-site (MOS) AV services, Kinly’s Global Services (GS) division has recorded a milestone 40 per cent increase in organic growth since 2022.
Operated as a singular global team, GS has been specifically developed to address the challenges faced by enterprises operating multinational AV estates. From enterprise architecture and programme management through to expert global support, GS is focused on securing global standardisation, consistency and performance.
Over the last two-years, we’ve extended our GS footprint with new offices in India, Germany and Switzerland. In direct response to industry demand and client requirements, we have also introduced our MOS offering to new regions including Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and India.
This rapid expansion has led to an unprecedented 200 per cent increase in headcount with the creation of opportunities for 150 people worldwide to join our team of experts.
Our success has been driven by a deepening of relationships with our enterprise clients. Now with the addition of game-changing new partnerships, we have enhanced their global offerings even further while consolidating AV systems and associated management.
A standout example is our support for a leading global financial institution. Owing to the impact of GS, the client has recently expanded its Kinly support from a London-based team of 22 people to a fully managed AV services project spanning 700 cities across 62 countries. In 2025, we are expecting to deliver 50 per cent growth in projects for this client alone.
Jody Moffat, Head of Global Services, Kinly, said:
“While these figures are great to see, our success isn’t only about numbers. At Kinly, we are not just providers. We are strategic partners, guiding our clients through the changing complexities of modern work. Our Global Services offering is scaling rapidly and I couldn’t be prouder of our achievements over the last two-years. But we aren’t stopping there.
As organisations look to consolidate and streamline their global operations, our ever-expanding managed services offering will continue to provide them with the efficiency, consistency and expertise they need to succeed.
In 2025, we see an even greater opportunity for Global Services. With our specialist knowledge and strong client relationships, we are uniquely positioned to continue growing and delivering scalable and seamless AV solutions worldwide.”
Tom Martin, CEO, Kinly, added:
“As the nature of work changes and organisations seek evermore innovative ways to deliver and manage AV around the world, Kinly’s remarkable growth is a testament to our steadfast commitment to quality and innovation.
We’re proud to have strengthened relationships with our enterprise clients while expanding into new international markets. However, growth alone isn’t our goal. We’re also focused on shaping the future of AV in the years to come. Whether that’s championing sustainability, ensuring security by design, or setting new standards for accessibility and corporate social responsibility, we will continue to lead the way.”
