Spread out across the globe, Kinly Tech Labs are dedicated spaces where our specialist Tech Lab engineers test new equipment and troubleshoot any issues highlighted by project and service teams. Having these facilities allow our customers to reap many benefits, such as quicker on-site implementation, and service issue resolution.
In the labs, all technology is tried and tested long before it even crosses the customers’ front door — we think proactively, looking for problems that could occur in the future and finding fixes before they become an issue.
On the rare occasion that there is a problem, the Tech Labs also give us a controlled environment in which to test service issues.
We understand the impact of service down-time. The Tech Lab facilities enable our teams to get you back up and running in the shortest possible time. This is especially important when it comes to complex faults, which can be replicated in the Labs, allowing our engineers to find a remedy at speed.
The labs also allow our staff to meet specific design requests, and we can even host visits in person or virtually, offering customers the chance to see the hardware for themselves.
