With more than 30-years’ experience in the AV industry, Jean-Paul is the perfect person to identify the best product partners and manufacturers, ensuring Kinly continuously provides the best technology available to its customers. In his new role, Jean-Paul will lead the Kinly GPB to ensure global alignment on partner management and procurement. His priority is to work across teams, overseeing the formulation and execution of supplier strategies worldwide and ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing strategies, all whilst fostering global alignment on decision-making.
Kinly, the global provider of AV integration and collaboration services and support, has today announced that Rhea Horlock has been appointed the company’s Global Corporate Social Responsibility Lead. Rhea brings 10 years of CSR and environmental expertise to the role, which she will use to spearhead the development and implementation of strategies and policies aligning with Kinly’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities. During her career, Rhea has worked on the sustainability teams at some of the UK’s leading organisations including O2, and Royal Mail, with more than three-years in senior leadership roles at NHS Property Services. Within her new role, Rhea will be responsible for developing and executing a robust CSR strategy that intertwines sustainability, ethical practices and community engagement. She will evaluate project proposals, identify potential partnerships and oversee the seamless execution of CSR endeavours to ensure a tangible, positive impact on local communities and the environment. Collaborating closely with internal teams, she aims to embed sustainability initiatives within Kinly's operations, while keeping the company up to date with the very latest industry best practices.
